How long till my order is shipped?
Each Heart of Sun creation is meticulously handcrafted.
Current processing time: 2-14 business days
Free + standard shipping takes: 2-5 business days for arrival
Expedite shipping takes: 1-2 business days for arrival
What shipping methods do you offer?
FREE domestic on orders over $150 or $10 for standard USPS shipping with a delivery time of 3-5 days
USPS Priority Mail Express domestic with a delivery time of 1-2 business days
DHL & UPS Priority Mail Express International with a delivery time of 3-5 business days
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Based on the service you choose, your order could be delivered in just one business day. Please be aware that expedited delivery services do not include Sunday delivery. Keep in mind that the delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email including a shipping notification that contains your unique tracking number. Moreover, you can monitor the real-time status of your shipment by entering the tracking number on the respective courier's website.
Can I change my order?
After you have submitted your order, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or offer a refund. If there is any information that needs to be updated, like your delivery address, email, or contact number, please contact us without delay. We typically start processing orders the moment they come in, and once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any alterations.
My package needs to be recovered, what should I do?

Duties and tax
Be aware that all international orders may incur additional duties, and the checkout price does not include taxes.
