I am wondering if an out of stock item will be restocked?

If an item is out of stock please sign up to the restock notifications on the product page. As soon as a product is restocked, you will be notified immediately.

I'm after some information on sizing?

Here is our SIZE GUIDE. We also give a description of fit in the product page, so have a look to see if an item runs big or small, or has any adjustable features. You can always reach out to us for further help!

How do I return an item?

If it doesn’t work out we gladly accept exchanges for unworn items in original condition with the tags still attached. For information, please visit our RETURNS PAGE

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

We offer free shipping for US orders & orders over $150 from Australia! 

First Class shipping can take 2-5 business days.

Priority mail takes 2-3 business days.

Priority Mail Express is 1 business day.

International orders can be shipped by USPS First Class or DHL Priority.

United States - Free shipping (2-14 processing days), $10 for standard shipping (3-4 business days), $48 express shipping (1-2 business days shipping time + processing time)

Australia - DHL Express 3-5 business days, $35 for orders $60 and up, $30 for $250 and up.

Rest of the world - DHL Express $35

How long will it take to pack and send my order?

ALL orders are processed within 2-14 business days.

Please be aware we practice sustainable manufacturing, as most styles are made to orderDuring busy times such as holidays and sales, please allow up to an extra 2-5 days for your item to be shipped. Please note, we do not operate on weekends, so if you’ve ordered late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until Monday.  

I did not receive a confirmation email?

Depending on the information entered at checkout and host, your mail may have been directed to a junk or ‘Promotions’ folder. Please check here first before submitting a contact form.
