How long till my order is shipped?

All orders with free shipping are processed within 2-5 business days. 

Expedite orders are shipped 1-2 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 1 business day. Expedited shipments are not available for Sunday delivery. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. You may visit the shipping carriers website and enter the tracking number to see the updated status. 

Can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders as soon as we receive them, and once we have processed your order we will be unable to make changes.

My package is lost, what should i do?

Please email with your Name and Order Number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Duties and tax

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and is not included in the price at checkout. Heart Of Sun cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order.   We provide simple returns for US domestic orders through USPS and will provide you with a STORE CREDITAll Heart Of Sun products are non-refundable. 

There is no upfront payment required to create a return label. Once we receive your return we will simply deduct the cost of the return label from your exchange or store credit.

Return label fee: $6 USD

  • Items must be received in original condition-unworn, unwashed, with all tags and liners still attached
  • All sale or promo code items 30% off or more are FINAL sale
  • We gladly accept items received within 14 days from delivery and will provide you with a store credit or exchange
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 4-5 days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed
  • Discounts cannot be applied to previous orders or store credit codes
